AGM

 Howrah Bowls Club 2026 Annual General Meeting will  be held on Saturday 16 May 2026, 10am at the Club, followed by awards and presentations for the 2025-2026 season.

Members wishing to submit a Notice of Motion for consideration at the AGM, must advise the Secretary in writing by 5pm Friday 17 April 2026. The constitution provides that no business other than that specified in the notice convening the meeting shall be transacted at the meeting.

Attached is the AGM Nomination form. Copies are available on the notice board in the Indoor Bowls Centre. Nominations are to be submitted to the Secretary (by email) or placed in the locked mail box in the Indoor Bowls Centre (outside the office) by 12 midday Friday  24 April 2026.

Nominations are invited for the following Board positions, as set out in Clause 11 of the Constitution and Chair of Selector position, in accordance with By-Law 5.

The Notice of Meeting for the AGM will be circulated to members by 5pm on 24 April 2026, in accordance with Clause 8.3(c) of the Constitution.
