Head to the Settings on your iPhone and iPad.

Go to the Subscriptions, the list of active plans will appear on display. Choose Spotify and then hit the “Cancel Subscription” option.
If asked for confirmation, then confirm your decision.
Now the plan will be canceled, and you won’t be charged in the future for the same. This is how you can simply cancel the Spotify Premium.
