Password expired

If you have let your O-Key password expire and have not entered an alternate email address or SMS number into O-Key, please ask the Student Services representative at the Grady Clack reception to submit an activation request. Please wait 15 minutes and then use your own computer or visit one of the computers in the Grady Clack lobby.

1. Go to http://okey.okstate.edu

2. 1-888-570-1595 or Click on the O-Key account activation icon and enter the required information.

3. Fill in your details.

Once you are on your profile page, click on the Change Password link on the left side of the page.

Password expired (for another email address)

If your password has expired and you have set up another email address or text messaging phone number in O-Key, you can reset your password by having a token emailed to you or SMS O-Key. Use your own computer or visit one of the computers in the Grady Clack lobby.

1. Go to http://okey.okstate.edu

2. Click the Reset Password link.

3. Choose an option to receive your token.

4. Enter the token you received.

5. Create a new password.

Activate O-Key for the first time

If you are activating your O-Key for the first time, you will need your PIN code. Please ask the Student Services representative at the Grady Clack front desk to submit an activation request by calling 888-570-1595 or emailing osuit.admissions@okstate.edu. Be sure to include your name, student ID, and phone number, including area code.
