Use the calls engagement API to log and manage calls on CRM records and on the calls index page. You can log calls either in HubSpot or through the calls API. Below, learn the basic methods of managing calls through the API. To view all available endpoints and their requirements, click the Endpoints tab at the top of this article.

The ID of the object to which the call's associated record belongs (e.g., specifies if the record is a contact or company). This will be the object of the recipient for OUTBOUND calls, or the object of the dialer for INBOUND calls.

The direction of the call from the perspective of the HubSpot user. If the user is the call recipient, the direction should be set to INBOUND. If the user initiated the call, the direction should be set to OUTBOUND.

The outcome of the call. To set the call disposition, you need to use the internal GUID value. If your account has set up custom call outcomes, you can find their disposition GUIDs using this API. The default HubSpot outcome labels and their internal values are:

A unique identifier to indicate the association type between the call and the other object. The ID can be represented numerically or in snake case (e.g., call_to_contact). You can retrieve the value through the associations API.

For recorded calls and voicemails, a recording is stored in the hs_call_recording_url property. If your account has access to inbound calling, to differentiate between calls that were completed and recorded vs. inbound calls with a voicemail, include the following properties in your request: hs_call_status and hs_call_has_voicemail.

If a call has a voicemail, the hs_call_status value will be missed, and the hs_call_has_voicemail value will be true. The hs_call_has_voicemail value will be false for an inbound call where no voicemail was left, or null if the call has a status other than missed.

You can pin a call on a record so it remains on the top of the record's timeline. The call must already be associated with the record prior to pinning, and you an only pin one activity per record. To pin a call, include the call's id in the hs_pinned_engagement_id field when creating or updating a record via the object APIs. Learn more about using the companies, contacts, deals, tickets, and custom objects APIs.

The Department of Corrections (DOC) supports incarcerated individuals maintaining ties with family, friends, and the community, and per DOC 450.200 Telephone Use by Incarcerated Individuals (pdf), will provide incarcerated individuals access to telephones and reasonably priced telephone services.

All incarcerated individuals are assigned a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Incarcerated individuals must enter their PIN to initiate a phone call and are responsible for all calls made using their assigned PIN. Friends and family do not need to know an incarcerated individual's PIN to fund a phone account.

Incarcerated individuals with hearing and/or speech disabilities, and those incarcerated individuals who wish to communicate with parties who have such disabilities, will have access to a Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD).

Incarcerated individuals are provided access to telephones subject to limitations and restrictions to ensure the security and orderly management of the facility, and to protect the public. Incarcerated individuals may not use the telephone system to continue or initiate criminal activity.

Prisons use a monitoring/recording system to enhance security, increase incarcerated individual and public safety, and reduce criminal activity or activity that could threaten the orderly operation of the facility. The DOC protects incarcerated individual's constitutional rights by providing for unmonitored legal phone calls made to a telephone number recognized by the applicable state's bar association. See DOC 450.200 Telephone Use by Incarcerated Individuals (pdf) for details.

Per DOC 450.200 Telephone Use by Incarcerated Individuals (pdf), the Superintendent/designee of the prison facility where an individual is incarcerated may permit the incarcerated individual to use a non-PIN State Controlled Area Network (SCAN) telephone line under compelling circumstances, such as family emergencies. These calls will be placed and supervised by employees.

The Washington State Department of Corrections acknowledges that its facilities, offices and operations are on the ancestral lands and customary territories of Indigenous Peoples, Tribes and Nations. Corrections is thankful to the Tribes for caring for these lands since time immemorial and honors its ongoing connection to these communities past, present and future. We welcome the opportunity to collaborate with the Indigenous populations and communities, and strive to work with our Tribal partners to improve the lives of Indigenous People and non-Indigenous neighbors throughout the state.

The 2024 EDF Work Programme addresses 32 call topics in total, structured along 6 thematic calls for proposals, 2 non-thematic calls for proposals and 2 actions in support of the Alliance for Defence Medical Countermeasures.

It will support projects in critical defence domains, such as countering hypersonic missiles, developing a broad range of unmanned vehicles in the air and on the ground, as well as secure space communication. It also prepares the ground for next generation defence systems, such as helicopters and mid-size cargo aircraft.

EUDIS will continue to fund the organisation of annual defence hackathons, as well as business coaching for SME beneficiaries and the Defence Equity Facility under InvestEU. The novelty for 2024 is the foreseen funding for a EUDIS Business Accelerator and Matchmaking with investors (call for tender expected to be published in spring 2024).

Applying for funding requires the creation of a consortium consisting of at least three Member States or associated countries (currently only Norway). Calls for disruptive technologies allow smaller consortia (at least two entities from two Member States or associated countries).

They should not be controlled by a non-associated third country, with exceptions possible through approved guarantees. Entities from non-associated third countries can participate, but under conditions ensuring the EU security and defence interests, without receiving EDF funding.
