The PayNow QR code will expire 60 minutes after the order is placed. The QR code will be available in Your Orders until it has expired. Be sure to complete your PayNow payment before the expiration time to avoid shipping delays or your order being cancelled. After we receive your PayNow payment, we will begin processing your order.
If you accidentally send a repeat payment or invalid payment through PayNow, the funds will be debited from your account but will then be refunded in accordance to the PayNow refund process. Please refer to refund timelines on refunds page.

I am facing this issue as well. Paid $54 thru PAYNOW but did not receive any razer gold. Chat support is not helping as I already had a ticket up. Ticket replies once every 3-4 days asking for more information which I already provided. Are we getting scammed or what?
