When I try to add music to my Cloud Music Library from my Mac (macOS 12.2.1), I get "Updating Cloud Music Library" with a continuously spinning wheel at the bottom of my Apple Music window, and the activity window just shows one row that says "Loading Cloud Music Library..." and a second that says "Cloud Music Library: Updating Cloud Music Library", with a spinning black wheel next to the second row. This persists for hours/days with no resolution. I have at least one album on my computer that is not in the Apple Music library (Brenn Hill, Trail Through Yesterday), so I don't know if that is what's causing the issues, otherwise, I don't have any ideas on how to go about fixing this.

When you have an Apple Music or iTunes Match subscription with Sync Library enabled, music that you add to your Mac will automatically be either matched or uploaded to your iCloud Music Library. It sounds like your Mac may be stuck uploading the Brenn Hill song.

NetEase Cloud Music (Chinese: ) is a Chinese freemium music streaming service developed and owned by NetEase, Inc. The streaming service was launched to the public on 23 April 2013. In April 2017 it received its series A financing of 750 million CNY (US$107 million), and was valued at 8 billion CNY (US$1.14 billion), making it a unicorn company.[1] The main features of NetEase Cloud Music include playlists, live streaming, online karaoke, and social networking.[2] As of May 2022, more than 450 thousand independent musicians have registered with NetEase Cloud Music,[3] rising to over 611 thousand registered artists by December 2022 [4] with a music database consisting of over 60 million songs.[2] It is one of the biggest competitors in the Chinese music streaming business, primarily competing with Tencent's QQ Music.[5]

NetEase Cloud Music operates under a freemium business model in which basic services are free whilst some enhanced features are available on a subscription basis.[5] NetEase Cloud Music's primary income has two components: music streaming services and social entertainment services.[6] Similar to QQ Music, artists and labels can choose to restrict content to paying subscribers or have their albums purchasable on their website. Artists that allow album purchases of this type include Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande. Users who purchase albums can listen to their purchased songs without a membership.

NetEase Cloud Music currently only operates in China. The official Android app of NetEase music is virtually unknown to listeners outside of China, for two reasons. First, the app is in Chinese and most of the tracks are playable in China only; and second, the app is not available on Google Play Store.[10] NetEase app is available in Apple App store. However, its English version is currently not published.

Cloud Music is a hybrid sound and video installation. A closed-circuit TV camera is directed through a window to the sky. Custom electronics read the moving image like a sheet of music, transforming the movement of clouds and changing light into a living composition of musical notes. The resulting electronic score fills the space with subtly shifting harmonics, transporting the natural environment into the gallery for an immersive audio-visual experience. A playful and conceptual homage to chance, Cloud Music enables us to "listen" to video as a nature-driven event unfolding in real time.
