My first account advanced slowly, and i managed to get a decent loadout before reaching level 50 (Juggernaut, Porcupine, Pain and Thanatos). Before the event guns started this was a decent loadout. With the addition of each gun the players have witnessed a decline in the power of this setup, to the point that's it just can't compete.

The guns of boom developers have made a policy of releasing incrementally stronger weapons that can only be achieved through challenges and "luck" based roulette games that cost a ton of money (hundreds of dollars). Getting these guns only gives a temporary advantage, until the release of the next OP gun that will make your gun not able to compete (see dragonfire, odin, firefly, all outshined currently by bastion).

And if you want to say "dude, you suck, i'm 4:1 KD with mamba and remedy", i can just say that on my other account, which is more recent, i have several event guns (firefly, reaper) and i usually finish first with over 12 kills each match.

So it's safe to say that guns make the difference.

In the United States most reports of mysterious booms come from the Northeast and along the East Coast, but there have also been observations along the West Coast. Those on the East Coast have not been directly studied and explained, but we can deduce from observations and measurements in West Coast locations that at least some of the East Coast booms are associated with very small earthquakes. Small shallow earthquakes sometimes produce rumbling sounds or booms that can be heard by people who are very close to them. High-frequency vibrations from the shallow earthquake generate the booming sound; when earthquakes are deeper, those vibrations never reach the surface. Sometimes the earthquakes create booming sounds even when no vibrations are felt.

In 2001, a swarm of small earthquakes accompanied by booming sounds unnerved the city of Spokane. The shallow location of the earthquakes in Spokane (sometimes only 1-2 miles deep) probably contributed to all the noise heard by residents.

Of course, most booming sounds that people hear are not caused by earthquakes. Some other common and not-so-common natural causes are lightning, storm and tsunami waves, meteors, and sand dunes. Man-made causes include sonic booms, explosions, and construction.

Steps to identification of a sonic boom:The USGS sees either nothing on our seismic records or a fairly short high-frequency signal that doesn't look like an earthquake. On rare occasions, we see the event on multiple stations, and the time difference between stations matches the speed of sound in air, which is slower than the speed of seismic waves in rock.Felt reports come from a wide area, which...

The storied phenomena refer to booms that have been heard and felt along the shores of Lake Seneca and Lake Cayuga in New York State, as well as the tidewater area of Virginia, the Outer Banks and along the Carolina coast.

At the same time, Americans are engaged in a gun-buying boom. Firearm sales have spiked during the pandemic, with an estimated 2.1 million excess weapons purchased between March and May compared with typical sales figures, according to data from the FBI's background check system.

Dr. Regan Bergmark, an instructor at Harvard Medical School, noted that the research tracked with previous gun violence literature. \"There's a lot of research showing that the more guns there are, the more likely that you are going to have a gun-related event,\" said Bergmark, who had no connection to the research.

With millions of new guns added to U.S. households in recent months, as many Americans, many isolated from loved ones, are grappling with emotional and financial strain, public health experts are worried.

In addition to feeding booming gun sales at home, however, the insatiable American appetite for weapons is also responsible for fueling a burgeoning small arms industry around the world. Despite producing so many of its own weapons, the United States is also the top global importer, according to a recent report that indicates US consumers are helping drive a major increase in sales.

Nic Marsh, a small arms expert at the Peace Research Institute of Oslo, says the explanation for the recent increase in US civilian purchases isn't new customers entering the market, but that previous owners are buying more guns.

Matt Schroeder, head of the Arms Sales Monitoring Project at the Federation of American Scientists, says although thousands of guns a year probably cross the border into Mexico illegally, claiming anything more precise would constitute "going out on a precarious analytical limb."

Even though Americans are the world's biggest exporters and importers of small arms, however, the vast majority of US-made guns stay at home. The industry exported less than 4.5 percent of its new manufactures in 2010, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The name Seneca Guns comes not from North Carolina, but from Lake Seneca in upstate New York where a similar phenomenon occurred. The lake's ominous booming sounds, described in 1850 by the writer James Fenimore Cooper in his short story "The Lake Gun," had at the time been heard for centuries.

Coastal North Carolina residents frequently report hearing similar booming noises, with explanations ranging from distant storms or earthquakes, to quarry blasts or even military exercises. To get to the bottom of them, the scientists combed through accounts dating back to 2013, to create a catalog of observations. They then compared those incidents to data collected by the EarthScope Transportable Array, a network of 400 atmospheric sensors and seismographs. Launched in 2003, the array migrates between 1,700 locations in the continental U.S., and the highly localized seismic data that it collects is freely available to the public. Currently located in Alaska, it was installed in North Carolina between 2013 and 2015.

Signals associated with booming varied in length from about 1 second to nearly 10 seconds, with the station near Cape Fear picking up the most prominent signals. Anecdotally, the Cape Fear region is also known for having numerous Seneca Gun incidents. However, the sensor array wasn't dense enough to pinpoint where the signals were coming from, and more data will be required to trace these big bangs, the researchers wrote.

"Presumably, these are not all the same thing producing the booming sounds," Bird said. Some military planes that fly in the area have broken the sound barrier, so some of the "gun" sounds may, in fact, be sonic booms. And even in those cases, a natural signal could be amplifying them even more, he added.

Marksman:

Among the most dangerous gunslingers is the marksman, one who carefully watches and when the moment is right strikes quickly from a distance with deadly precision. Marksmen take tremendous pride in their abilities, which allow them to take life quickly and efficiently in the blink of an eye.

Swift Marksman (Ex): At 12th level, a marksman gains a bonus to her initiative roll equal to  her gunslinger level, but only in the first round of the encounter. If her initiative score is 10 or more than the next highest initiative, she gains a surprise round and uses her normal initiative roll for the remainder of the encounter. When she is hit with a ranged attack, she can shoot her firearm at her attacker as an immediate action if it is loaded. This ability replaces menacing shot.

So the farther away you are, the better your chances of hiding again are. It's a tradeoff though, because you'll get out of sneak attack range, and you'll start applying penalties to hit, which will make it less likely that you'll succeed in hitting/killing your target. So saying this does make me want to still have the rouge levels, though what if I made a strait gunslinger that stayed farther from the party using stealth as the advantage and just try to make it so I shoot one, very powerful musket shot to someone. Also I would like to mention I am a halfling taking the swift as shadows trait.Selgard wrote: 1) Rogue. ff782bc1db
