I puchased a Amazon Fire HD 10 (7th Generation) tablet to use for selling on ebay. I installed the ebay app through the Amazon app store (version 5.16.1.2). It installed fine, but it does not seem to be able to use the internet connection. When I first open the app, I get this screen.

I have talked to ebay about this on the phone, and they are "looking into it", but they claim no one else has reported the issue. It certainly seems to me that this is an issue with the app that is not compatible with the Fire tablet.

I do not have an answer for you about the kindle fire app update. Since it's an android app I figured I just start sending all of the kindle fire users to the android board. Maybe if enough kindle fire users bug them we can get ebay to work with Amazon to update their app catalog.
