How To Download Cx File Explorer On Oculus Quest 2 Without Pc Or Phone

I want to get a file explorer on quest 2 but I don't have the meta quest app or a pc. I tried the side quest app but it wouldn't let remove a screen that said something like "connecting to headset". I know oculus uses apk files and I would appreciate any help.

on my oculus Go I can easily switch between Desktop or Mobile mode for the browser. It seems like the quest 3 browser doesn't have this basic function? It's important for me because certain websites I use do not functional properly on the oculus browser unless I am in mobile mode.. is there a way to switch the browser to mobile mode?

Does anyone know how to get the Quest 2 to show up in Explorer when connected to PC? Sidequest sees it and so does the Oculus app, but I don't see it when I try to access the files through Explorer. My original Quest would show up without any problems, but so far nothing with the Q2. Any help would be appreciated!
