Unofficial transcripts can be downloaded through Skyward/ Portfolio. The student will need to be logged into Skyward on a computer, not a mobile device. Unofficial transcripts are updated in Skyward once grades are final following the end of a semester.

****Transcripts are processed during school business hours. Please be mindful of your transcript deadlines! Request your transcripts at least two weeks before your deadline.  If you have an urgent request please speak directly to Mrs. Thomas.

If you are a current LISD student, you can find your watermarked Student Copy in your Skyward Student Portfolio. Official transcripts cannot be given to students or parents directly. All official transcripts must be sent directly to the educational institution. ACT, SAT or AP scores are not included on the transcript. Those need to be requested through College Board or ACT for your scores to be sent.

If you are part of the Washington State Address Confidentiality Program, an official letter from the Address Confidentiality Program stating the attendance area school fulfills the requirement to establish residency in the Lake Washington School District. You must submit a renewed letter to the school each school year.

Additional Verification of guardianship and/or residency may be required.

Other schools or school districts in which the student intends to enroll shall be provided with a transcript of the contents of the student's standard records upon receipt of an official request from the school district. RCW 28A.225.330

GED diplomas are granted by the State of Texas, not Garland ISD. Because of this, the methods of requesting transcripts outlined above do not apply to GED transcripts. Please request your GED by going through the state processes.

Once a graduate has turned 18 years of age or is in a post-secondary setting the parent may not request records of any kind. Per federal law, a parent can only sign in place of a student if the parent brings in their most current 1040 tax form showing that the student is still a dependent for tax purposes.

NOTE - Diplomas are considered ceremonial documents, not a district record. The high school transcript, academic achievement record (AAR), is the official record of achievement and graduation.

Starting this spring, CSD high school students can order electronic copies of their official transcripts with a push of the button. They can also use the system to electronically send their transcripts to the college or university of their choosing and track the request to ensure the document arrives at its destination. For now, there is no limit to the number of transcript requests students are allowed. The service is free-of-charge for currently-enrolled students and available to graduates for a small fee.

All transcript orders are handled through Parchment.com. There is a $5.00 charge for all official transcripts. They may be mailed or sent electronically. Current students and alumni may request a free unofficial self view through Parchment however, active KHS students may access their transcript anytime in Skyward as well. Seniors will need to request transcripts for each college that they are applying to. A final transcript will also need to be requested again by the student upon graduation.

Graduates and former Shawnee Mission School District students submit their transcript requests through Parchment. Shawnee Mission School District has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. Please click on the link associated with the last Shawnee Mission high school that you attended. There is a small fee charged when you order your transcript through Parchment. Note: Parchment is solely for graduates and former Shawnee Mission School District students. Any order submitted for a student still currently attending the Shawnee Mission School District will be canceled.

Current/Active Students can submit their transcript requests for colleges/universities through Xello. For any other request see the transcript request form listed below. Requests from active students that are submitted through Xello are free. Ordering transcripts through Xello is only available to active students.

Alumni who graduated prior to 2008 can print out a transcript request form and bring/mail it to West Salem High School, Attn: Transcript Request, 490 N. Mark Street, West Salem, WI 54669 and we will send your transcript at our earliest convenience.

Alumni who graduated in 2008 or later can go to Parchment to register and request your transcript be sent electronically. This electronic service is only available to graduates in 2008 and forward. Class of 2024 - your final high school transcript will be sent to the college you plan to attend (per your request prior to graduation) after June 3, 2024. If you took a UW-L class (ENG110, CHEM103 or CST110) you will need to contact UW-L to request that your college transcript be sent to the college you will be attending in the fall. Remember to request transcripts from colleges where Youth Options/Transcripted Credit courses have been taken.

Class of 2024 - You can request your transcript by logging onto Xello and selecting transcripts under "College Planning" and selecting the schools you would like it sent to. You can also view/print a copy of your 7th semester transcript from the "Portfolio" tab in your Skyward account. We do not charge a fee for current high school students. Your final high school transcript will be sent to the college you choose at the end of the 2022-2023 school year [in June].

Scores from the free ACT test taken by juniors at SME on a school day in the spring semester are automatically added to students' transcripts after we receive test scores from ACT.

If you did not mark the box to have your Saturday test scores reported to SME when you registered for the test, we do not have your scores and cannot place them on your transcript (unless you later request that they be sent to us from the testing agency).

When you mark that box we will remove all of your scores (you cannot choose to have only some scores removed).

Once they are removed they cannot be put back on your transcript and we will not add any new scores.

This is an update to the School Report and is submitted in January, after fall grades are added to transcripts. We also report any senior year schedule changes made after the initial school report was submitted.

*** Warning*** If we send a student transcript to a college/university and the student has not submitted an application to that college/university, the school will not keep or even review your transcript and you will need to request another transcript be sent after you apply. To avoid this, please be sure you have an open application on file to any school prior to requesting we send transcripts

Colleges and universities will require official copies of your AP, IB, ACT and SAT Scores. For each of these, you will need to request your scores be sent from ACT, CollegeBoard or IB if you did not already request your scores be sent to a particular college or university.
