as above. I can still find them on my purchase history but they are not on my purchased list. That's so weird. I have checked if I can re-download them which dont work. I dont want to purchase any of them again. Please help.

No, it's not purchased under a different account and I have done that before. There's only two apps left. and I could not find the rest, they are not even in my purchased list so I could not re-download them. Thanks for reply but any other solution?

I recently had to factory reset my quest because it wouldn't pair to my phone. Once it did pair and i got everything set up all my games that i purchased were gone and it said i had to buy them again. All of my friends were also missing

Same situation, I did a factory reset since when I set up my meta account, I no longer have access to my old facebook account. I kept going back and forth and finally did a factory reset. now it is on, but no apps..

You will need to PM @MetaQuestSupport so they can help you get signed into your original account. Meta is unable to merge accounts so if you want your apps back, they'll have to help you get signed into the "correct" account.

You cannot. Purchases are permanently tied to the AppleID used when making the purchase. Purchases cannot be transferred between AppleIDs. Your only real permanent fix would be to re-purchase those apps under whichever AppleID you wish to use.

And you cannot alter the purchase history if an AppleID, so there is no point in logging into the other AppleID just to delete those apps off your device. You can just do that now while logged in with the current AppleID. Just delete the apps, then open the App Store and purchase them again but now logged in with the current AppleID you wish to use.

When we got our (Oculus) Quest in 2019 we purchased several apps via the headset directly, and used them for a couple years. Hadn't used the Quest in a year or two, and today when I tried, I'm logged in, my purchase history shows purchasing of apps like Beat Saber, etc, but the apps themselves are not visible in the library.

I'm connected to our wifi, I've verified the headset is connected via our router settings, I've also downloaded the Oculus app to my computer and tried plugging the headset in. It says it's set up, but I see cannot see or access any apps from within the headset, including the apps shown as available in my library on the pc app currently. Additionally, the pc app is not displaying all of our previously in-headset purchased apps (like Beat Saber), I can only see that we purchased it in our purchase history, but no evidence that it's currently an app we can use.

Hello Folks, A JAMF newb here so.... I have purchased several iOS apps and had them imported into JAMF Mobile Device Apps, all except for MS OneNote. I have over 1000 of them purchased in ASM (and they are listed) but they just won't show up in Mobile Device Apps. I have purchased several other apps prior and since then, no problems.... any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You can add it manually by going to the mobile device apps page and clicking the "+ New" button at the top right. Go through the wizard. Make sure the VPP tab has your licenses that you purchased. Otherwise you may have purchased MS OneNote for Mac maybe?

The problem is that, now I can no longer see the apps that I purchased in Canada in my "Purchases" tab in the App Store, so I cannot re-download/reinstall any of them. When I go to one of these apps in the Norwegian App Store, it's as if I never purchased the app; I have to pay for it again if I want to download it. This goes for both iOS and OS X App Stores.

Now, to sync your apps, switch to each of your accounts and open iTunes. Finally, sync iTunes to your devices. Note however that you must close iTunes in each account before you switch to the next; you should only have one iTunes open on this shared library at a time.

I just had this issue recently i wanted to download a few apps from my previous country... and the apple consultants emailed me saying that I can just go ahead and re-purchase the apps and he'll redeem those (provided you hv proof of receipts).

I switched my account from CHINA to US at 2017-07-29, and was also very depressed by the fact that purchased became empty. But today I found all my purchased apps are back, I also confirmed with my friend who has the same problem with me, it seems Apple has finally fixed this after so many years. I didn't find a official announcement, but I still want to inform this news to the community, let's see if it really works globally.

Background: I have switched US iTunes store to a Polish around 6 months ago. As I expected my past purchases were not listed in "Purchased" but if an app was available in US and Polish store than I could re-download without paying. But even then, items were not added to my purchased list. Now I can see everything. Even purchases from my family members who also switched country from US to Polish and we have connected as a family after that switch. It looks like Apple have changed their mind.

After numerous phone-calls and emails back and forth with Apple, there is no ideal solution to this problem. Their solution is to change your account's country (which means that you'll need to provide a different credit card, etc.), if you wish to re-download an application which was purchased while you account was set to a different country.

In 2015, you just have to scroll into applestore the software you already purchased in other countries. Normally you will see the button with its current price. Then click on it, enter your iTunes password and you will see another textbook saying that you already purchased this article so you can download it for free.Very easy !!!!

I'm in the process of moving to a new Google account. Most of the free apps I have, I've already uninstalled and re-installed. However, the purchased apps I'll have to take little by little, because I have some expensive ones, and my budget isn't big enough to do them all at once.

So basically if I log out of the old account, or even delete it, what will happen to the non-free apps? Will they continue to function as long as I do not uninstall them, or will they stop working altogether? I'm assuming I won't receive any updates until I re-purchase them with the new account, I'm fine with that.

I'm eager to delete the old account, but some of the more expensive apps are important to me, so I need to make an educated decision on how to proceed. I'm doing this because I recently changed my surname, and the old Google account is the last remnant of my old name.

When you sign out of the account from which you purchased apps , they will stop working as licencing checks are carried out in the background. Thanks to Izzy who pointed out in comments that this valid only for apps having vending.CHECK_LICENSE active and running. Apparently , all purchased apps don't have this permission running

Another alternative is to add the new Google account to your phone and only use that for mail, Calendar etc. In this case the apps would continue to work but not be updated as explained in Google help

I'm getting this same error in Airwatch on certain apps. Redeploying the iPads just seem to install the old version and won't update. Now, because the OS has been updated and the old app doesn't support it, the app won't open at all. Set to auto update but hanging on pending check. I imagine this is something to do with the MDM checking the update with Apple, but if it's good enough for App store surely good enough for the MDM, too?

Free apps are made available for purchase directly from the portal. However, these apps are made available so that users without a VPP account can easily get them. If you plan to deploy free apps silently and in volume to your school's devices, you should purchase them through the Apple VPP or Apple School Manager websites.

Package Manager will retrieve a list of all apps currently installed on the device. PackageInfo provides the details about the app. INSTALL_REASON_USER will also filter out apps that have been actively installed by the user.

It was investigating the answer to this How to get list of paid apps by a user from google play? that led me to believe that there may be some issues with how these applications have managed to gain access to this information.

Apple lets you purchase multiple licenses for an app that you want to use in your organization on iOS/iPadOS and macOS devices using Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager. You can then synchronize your volume purchase information with Intune and track your volume-purchased app use. Purchasing app licenses helps you efficiently manage apps within your company and retain ownership and control of purchased apps.

Additionally, you can synchronize, manage, and assign books you purchased from Apple Business Manager with Intune to iOS/iPadOS devices. For more information, see How to manage iOS/iPadOS eBooks you purchased through a volume-purchase program.

Location tokens are volume purchase licenses that were commonly known as Volume Purchase Program (VPP) tokens. These location tokens are used to assign and manage licenses purchased using Apple Business Manager. Content Managers can purchase and associate licenses with location tokens they have permissions to in Apple Business Manager. These location tokens are then downloaded from Apple Business Manager and uploaded in Microsoft Intune. Microsoft Intune supports uploading multiple location tokens per tenant. Each token is valid for one year. 2351a5e196
