I'm a first time user of the Ticket Master App and I hope someone can help me. I have Ticket Master tickets to the Dallas show and TM emailed me and said I needed to download their app and then add tickets to the Apple Wallet. The tutorials I see on line show the ticket in the app as a QR code and there is a button to add the ticket to the wallet. When I open my Dallas BM tickets I get a barcode with a moving window passing along it. Is this something to do with the venue? Do I need to add it to the wallet?

I've added tickets from ticketmaster to my apple wallet many times in the past. Today, when I tried, clicking on "Add to Apple Wallet", I get what looks like a page rendering a binary file. So... random characters with boxes for illegal characters. No error message, nothing added to the wallet.

OK. After yet more searching online, I found that if I go to my TicketMaster account within Safari and use 1Password to login (within Safari), everything works fine. If I open the TicketMaster account from within 1Password and then try to add the tickets, adding the tickets fails. So... the problem comes from using the 1Password browser. To be fair to 1Password, it seems from reading online that the handoff fails in other browsers, too.

I'm using an iPhone 15 with IOS 17.0.2 and cannot put my tickets in my wallet. The Face ID comes up, but doesn't work. I'm using the latest version of Ticketmaster app too. I downloaded the update 2 weeks ago.

Phone is updated to 16.6 I have purchased tickets with my ticketmaster app but it will not let me add my tickets to my wallet. Even tried logging in thru safai and it still doesn't work. The message I get every single time I try to add to my wallet..... "Unable to Add Pass. Your pass could not be added to Wallet at this time. Try again later." Anyone else having this issue?

I just wanted to chime in for those who find their way to this forum and as someone who had these same issues, the most recent update (17.2 -21C62), seems to have fixed the bug. I went through countless resets and every step imaginable to no avail but since the update this AM, my tickets are now scannable in my Apple wallet. Hope this helps.

Same issue with not being able to add tickets to iphone wallet from Ticketmaster. I've never had this issue before. Updated my iphone 11 to ios 16.7, deleted and reinstalled Ticketmaster app, re started phone, switched from wifi to data and still wasn't able to add tickets with face id. When I was out running errands I decided to try again and low and behold the tickets were transferred to my wallet! So glad it worked. What is going to happen next time I purchase tickets through Ticketmaster?!

Same issue on iPhone SE. Unable to transfer tickets from Ticketmaster or Raiders app (Allegiant stadium) to my apple wallet. We tried several troubleshooting steps, All apps and iOS all up to date (Ticketmaster v248 and iOS 17.1.2) to no avail. Transferring the tickets to a friend with Facial recognition resolved the issue and they were able to add the tickets to the Wallet application. It would appears that the failure is related to devices using Touch ID. Any additional insights for other events we would like to add to Apple Wallet using the iPhone SE?

My friend cannot find the tickets in their Ticketmaster- we think it is because they are in their Apple wallet. So, once they are removed from the wallet will they show up in the Ticketmaster account.

No, the wallet does not communicate with the Ticketmaster account. The passes/tickets in the wallet simply represent your ticket in your account. Same as if you were to print a ticket. I'd still get in touch with Ticketmaster, or the venue/team/etc.

The passes in my Apple Wallet which were added to my wallet from ticketmaster Only exist in the Wallet. They Do Not appear or exist in Ticketmaster! So how do I put them back in Ticketmaster? By removing the passes?? (Game has been postponed and want to send back to my seller friend)
