CIRCULATION PROCEDURES

• Students usually come to the library every two weeks per their Reading (6th grade) or Social Students (5th grade) teacher's schedule.

• Students may come to the library with a pass from a teacher for addition checkout or research needs.

• Students are encouraged to return books as soon as they've finished reading them so that other students may check them out.

• Students can have up to 5 books checked out at one time.

• Magazine, Reference, and Professional materials may only be checked out by teachers or staff. Students may use Magazine or Reference materials while in the library.

• If a library material is lost or damaged, it must be paid for so that it can be replaced. The librarian will check the exact cost of the missing book and send home a notification. Please send the cash payment to school marked "Attention: Library".

• While there is no fine for overdue books, materials overdue by 30 days or more are assumed to be lost and will need to be replaced. If you feel our records are in error, kindly email the librarian.
