            As a seasoned asset management consultant with an industrial engineering background and nearly two decades of international experience, 

           I have a wealth of knowledge to share. From my work on facility management, airports, manufacturing, and metro transportation, I've gained expertise in implementing asset management systems (like IBM Maximo and Oracle eAM), optimizing maintenance processes, and conducting cost analysis. 

           I'm also well-versed in popular asset management processes and standards (like ISO55001) and have a knack for data mining, data exploration, forecasting, and both descriptive and prescriptive modeling. 

           Plus, my strong communication skills and ability to lead, coach, and motivate make me well-equipped to solve complex issues and drive performance improvements, productivity, and efficiency.
