Hi, I’m Sara, and I come from the beautiful mountains of Nepal. Ever since I was a child, the sound of singing bowls has been a part of my life. Their gentle vibrations felt like they carried ancient wisdom, something deeper than words. My dad was a yoga teacher, and I grew up watching him use these sacred instruments to help people heal, find peace, and connect with themselves. He didn’t just teach yoga—he shared a way of life, one rooted in balance, kindness, and deep listening.
As I got older, I felt called to follow in his footsteps. I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with people from more than 20 countries, learning and sharing the magic of sound healing with so many different souls. Every person I’ve met has taught me something, reminding me that healing is universal—it’s something we all need, no matter where we come from.
Now,I'm in Texas, and I’m so excited to start this new chapter. I’m opening a studio where I can bring together the traditions I grew up with and the wisdom I’ve gathered along the way. More than anything, I want to create a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re looking for peace, balance, or simply a moment of stillness, I’d love for you to be a part of this journey. Let’s heal, learn, and grow together.
