We carry two types of neurotoxins or neuromodulators, Botox and Jeuveau (another form of Botox). Both products relax and weaken the muscles that cause fine lines and wrinkles. The injector strategically injects the neurotoxin into the muscle for a variety of results. The first few minutes of a client’s appointment is used to discuss area of treatment and desired results. The nurse injector will develop a treatment plan according to the desired needs of the client. It is important to note many variables affect neurotoxin effectiveness, such as muscle strength, previous treatment history, body chemistry, and metabolism.
How are Botox and Jeuveau different?
Botox is made by Allergan and Jeuveau is made by Evolovus. There are molecular differences in the product, but they ultimately effectively serve the same purpose. The type of neurotoxin used during a client’s treatment is an injector and clients personal preference.
Who is an ideal candidate?
An ideal candidate is anyone who wants to feel and look their absolute best! Those who want to prevent fine lines and wrinkles. Those who want to maintain their beauty. All clients must be 18 years of age.
What to expect after:
Leaving with tiny bumps at the injection site is normal, and will disappear within minutes. A client may expect redness, bruising or swelling post-injection, however will clear up within 2 weeks. We ask all clients to adhere to post care instructions such as staying in an elevated position for 4 hours, no exercising for 24 hours, no rubbing or massaging the area of treatment. One may applied Arnica to area to help diminish bruising.
Duration:
Both neurotoxins can kick in 3-7days. Per the manufacturers, Jeuveau has the potential to kick in and start working faster than its competitor Botox. A client may return for follow up and post assessment at 2 weeks. Both products may last an individual any where from 3-6months.

WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost Botox and Jeuveau is based on the number of units injected. Botox and Jeuveau are both $11 per unit.
