I started collecting digital movies about five years ago. In those five years:
- Digital sales more than doubled
- SVOD (subscription) has quadrupled
- DVD collapsed nearly 60%
- Blu-ray peaked and has slid over 20% (that includes 4K disc sales)
The next five years should be interesting.
