WHAT DOES THE LOGO & MOTTO REPRESENT?
The house mascot is the most famous mythological bird and also known as the king of mythological creatures, The Phoenix.
The house motto is in English to show how the roots if the house stand unique,practical and real without adhering to stereotypes like having a motto in latin.
BURN
A Phoenix keeps trying to fly towards the sun and get burned. I want the students to keep trying their best to reach their goals no matter how difficult it seems.
HEAL
But no matter how many times it gets burned it heals itself. So I want my students to learn to heal when they fall.
RISE
After it heals and gets reborn it doesn't give up on it's goal. It rises from the ashes and flies again.
So the three words represent trying their best, learning to recover and not giving up.
Finally, yes the Phoenix never reaches it's destination. And neither do we. It's all about the journey, and how gracefully you keep travelling no matter how many times you fall
