House Brain is built so your information stays yours.
Your data stays on your device. Everything you record in House Brain — items, locations, tasks, expiry dates, loans, photos, and notes — is stored locally on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded, synced, or transmitted anywhere. We have no servers, and we never see your data.
No accounts. House Brain requires no sign-up, login, or email address.
No tracking or analytics. House Brain contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
Camera and photos. If you choose to attach photos, House Brain uses your camera or photo library only to capture the image you select. Photos are stored inside the app on your device and are never transmitted.
Notifications. If you enable expiry reminders, notifications are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No notification data leaves your phone.
Purchases. The optional one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment details.
Data deletion. Deleting a record removes it from your device, and deleting the app removes all House Brain data permanently. Because nothing is stored anywhere else, there is nothing further to delete.
Changes. If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this page.
