Subscription & Payments
Premium features require subscription.
Managed via App Store.
Auto-renews unless cancelled.
Refunds follow App Store policies.
Limitation of Liability
Provided “as is,” no warranties.
Not liable for data loss, inaccuracies, business decisions, or downtime.
Users should back up data.
Intellectual Property
Content and design are protected.
No copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized commercial use.
Termination
Terms apply until you uninstall or access is revoked for violations.

Job info (names, rates, overtime settings).
Time entries and work hours.
App settings and preferences.
All data stored locally on device, not sent to servers.

Stored locally with secure iOS mechanisms.
No external transmission.
Optional iCloud backup if enabled.
All data deleted if app is uninstalled.

How Auto-Renewal Works
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
You'll be charged the subscription price before renewal
Renewal occurs 24 hours before the current period ends
Subscription Periods
Weekly Plan: Renews every 7 days
Yearly Plan: Renews every 12 months
You'll receive a receipt for each renewal
Managing Your Subscription
Cancel anytime in App Store Settings
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Select Timo and tap 'Cancel Subscription'
What Happens When You Cancel
You'll continue to have access until the end of the current period
No refunds for partial periods
Pro features will be disabled after expiration
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices
You'll be notified 30 days in advance
Price changes apply to the next renewal period
Billing Issues
Contact Apple Support for billing problems
We cannot process refunds directly
Check your App Store account for payment history
