1) Login & Account
Confirm you’re signing in with the same email address you used when your account was created.
If you still can’t log in:
Ask your admin for account creation or other issue.
If you are admin and facing any issue then email as with a short description of your problem with a screenshot (optional).
2) Work Entry / Hours
Add daily work hours with company details.
If you mark a day as Absent, hours are recorded as 0 (and shown as Absent).
3) Admin & Reports
Admin can view user activity and monthly details.
Export reports as PDF for sharing and records.
To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us from your registered email address with the subject:
HourTrack Delete My Account
In the email, include:
Your registered email address
Your name (optional)
Reason for deletion (optional)
We will verify the request and delete your account data within a reasonable time.
