Arranging my productions.
Commercial and advertising use of images and videos created by using software that can display VRoid with textures attached.
For use in the following video distribution
Corporate channels
Video distributors and Vtubers affiliated with companies
Individual video distributors with more than 30,000 subscribers to their channel and generating revenue.
Use on paid products (physical and digital products) is valid for one year after license purchase.
If you wish to produce a paid product (including resale of products) after one year from the date of license purchase, you must purchase the same commercial license again. The license shall also be valid for one year.
Transferring the right to use to someone other than the purchaser.
Trademarking Images.
To distribute and sell my work as NFT.
Distribution and sale of textures only (including after modification or processing).
Sales and distribution of VRoid models with textures.
Activities that are offensive to public order and morals or that are illegal.
Modification of samples for trial wear, misappropriation of designs, or use for purposes other than trial wear.
Due to the nature of downloadable products, no returns or exchanges for other items will be made. I will respond to any problems by updating the data.
I do not waive the copyright of my work.
I will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the use of my creations.
This agreement is subject to change without notice.
If you enter the Avatar Contest with a VRoid avatar wearing one of my creations, please include my credit.
