The Yay!DAY Club is based off a local nonprofit in Lake Norman called the Yay!DAY Foundation, which is devoted to spreading positivity and teaching others the impact of a positive mindset. Our club members (Yay!DAY P.E.E.R.S) do different acts of community service and volunteering throughout the year. We also work with local middle and elementary schools through fun lessons and games! For our seniors, joining the Yay!DAY Club lets you learn more about the Yay!DAY Foundation and their scholarship program! The Yay!DAY Club is a great extracurricular for someone who is looking to volunteer while having fun!
Tuesdays or Wednesdays once a month at 2:20 after school in the Media Center
Working at local school events (ex: field days, Fall Festivals, school dance, after school lessons/field trips to Bailey Middle), volunteering at other local charities and organizations (FeedNC, Bags of Hope, Autumn Care, Arbor Ridge, Yay!DAY).
