Please fill out the forms below and allow for 2-3 days before a response. If there are any urgent questions please email Houghclubs@gmail.com. (Must use a personal email).
Hough New / Returning Clubs:
Fill out the form if you are a representative of a new or returning club. If new/returning, you must check with the advisor before hand and make sure they are willing to sponsor your club. You will receive an email back if your club is approved for the year.
Please send in a photo of the club logo with the form to ensure that your club is inserted in to the Hough Clubs website.
Club Policies
You must follow all Hough / CMS Club Policies in order to be eligible to organize a club at Hough. Failure to do so will result in club bans.
Club Event Proposal:
Includes drives and events during the school day that DO NOT require fundraising permission. Please make sure to answer all questions and include as much information so that your event can be properly scheduled.
Events will be denied if they are in contradiction to a previously planned Hough event. Be as specific with dates to ensure that your club receives a designated time/date.
