Check-in: Outside of the Hilton, by Starbucks. Look for the wheelchairs. Tasha, Sara, or Andrew will meet you. Call Andrew if you're late.

5:00-5:45- Help the athletes with anything they need.
5:40- Wave 1 will head to the corral and arrive by 6:10.
6:15- Wave 2 will head to the corral and arrive by 6:45.
6:25- Helps the wheeled athletes load the start line. The gun for wheelers goes off at 6:35.
6:35- Wheelers leave
6:45- Elites half start
6:55- Elites and Corral A leaves. Wave 2 AWD will line up in corral
7:00- Wave 2 AWD athletes will start
6:30- 8:00- Volunteers will leave corral in groups to head back to the GRB & the Hilton to assist at the finish line.
9:00- Shift 2 volunteers join
10:00- Shift 1 ends (you may stay as long as you like!)
1:00- Most all AWD athletes will be done. Shift 2 can leave when they are all in.
1:55- The finish line closes for all athletes
Starting Line Volunteers (Shift 1):
Pre-race: To get athletes to the starting line comfortably and help them in anything they need. This includes water, food, bathrooms, carrying items etc.
Pre-race: To make sure athletes' things are collected and put in the bag drop wagons .
During the race: Deliver bag drop bags to AWD pen and wheelchairs to the finish line. Track athletes
Post-race: Help athletes through the GRB to get shirt, medal, food, bags, meet up with family, etc
Finish line volunteers (Shift 2):
During race: Track athletes
Post-race: Help athletes through the GRB to get shirt, medal, food, bags, meet up with family, etc
· Never leave the bag drop items, wheelchairs, etc unattended.
· Hang out at the Hilton Sky bridge/Starbucks/Hilton Lobby until called to the finish line.
· At the finish, stay within the tape box .
· Wheelers will be escorted out of the zone back to Hilton THEN go into the GRB from the side (far right of the building).
VI/MI & their guides will be escorted into the GRB through the main chute (follow other runners).
· Bag drop items can be left in the GRB holding area OR they can be left in wagons at corral. All items (except wheelchairs) can be picked up in AWD pen inside GRB.
· Family can pick up wheelchairs at Loading Dock 33 (where dropped it off) OR coordinate with family to pick up behind Hilton.
