Hotstar Go Solo App Download [REPACK] For Android Mobile

Recently I found hotstar app in the app market of Windows 10 mobile. So I want to request you that many user of windows phone still on windows 8.1, so please release an app of hotstar for windows 8.1 mobile os also. We waited too much time for hotstar app in windows phone. But when I saw that it is only available only in windows 10 mobile I feel shocked. So please release an app for 8.1 also.
