HotSeat | Truth or Dare

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HotSeat | Truth or Dare mobile application (“HotSeat”, “the App”, “Service”), operated by Kello Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Certain game modes, including “After Dark” or other mature content, may be restricted to users aged 18 years or older depending on local laws.

3. User Responsibility

HotSeat is a social entertainment application intended for fun and voluntary participation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your actions while using the App

• Participation in any truth or dare challenges

• Content you create, upload, or share

• Respecting the boundaries and consent of other players

Participation in any challenge or dare is entirely voluntary.

Never perform activities that are dangerous, illegal, harmful, abusive, or violate another person’s rights.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others

• Upload hateful, discriminatory, violent, or explicit illegal content

• Impersonate another person

• Violate privacy rights

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App

• Upload malware or malicious code

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

• Use the App in a way that may harm minors

Kello Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or access for violations.

5. Community Content

The App may allow users to create or submit custom truth or dare prompts.

By submitting content, you grant Kello Solutions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store

• Display

• Modify

• Distribute

• Moderate

• Remove

community content within the App.

You retain ownership of your original content.

We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Safety Disclaimer

HotSeat may contain social, emotional, embarrassing, or physically active challenges.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is voluntary

• You participate at your own risk

• You are responsible for your own safety and decisions

Kello Solutions is not responsible for:

• Injuries

• Emotional distress

• Damages

• Social consequences

• Losses arising from gameplay

• Actions taken by users during or after gameplay

Do not perform dangerous, illegal, or harmful dares.

7. Intellectual Property

All App content, branding, graphics, interface designs, logos, features, and software are owned by Kello Solutions unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy

• Redistribute

• Sell

• Modify

• Reverse engineer

• Reproduce

any part of the App without written permission.

8. In-App Purchases & Premium Features

The App may offer optional premium features, subscriptions, or digital purchases.

Prices and availability may change at any time.

All purchases are processed through official platform providers such as Apple App Store or Google Play.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Kello Solutions makes no warranties regarding:

• Continuous availability

• Error-free operation

• Compatibility

• Security

• Reliability

• Accuracy of user-generated content

Use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kello Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Emotional distress

• Data loss

• Personal injury

• Lost profits

• User-generated content

• Actions taken during gameplay

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kello Solutions from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of another person’s rights

• User-generated content you submit

Updated Terms become effective once posted within the App or official distribution platforms.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
