Reservation Policy:

• No refunds for no-shows.

• Full payment for the actual booking will be collected for early check-out.

• Non-married couples are prohibited, and pets are not allowed.

• Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items and will be charged replacement prices.

• Guests are not allowed to bring items from outside.

• An extra person will be charged Rs 800, and there is no charge for a child below 8 years of age occupying the same room without an extra bed.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• Bookings are confirmed upon payment of 100% of the total accommodation cost.

• Cancellations or changes to your booking should be communicated via email only, at least fifteen days before check-in. Changes to dates are allowed based on room availability and the refund policy.

Refund Policy:

• 2 days before the arrival date: No refund.

• 3 days and beyond: 75% refund on the deposit amount.
