Hotel Policies

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly request that the following hotel policies be observed:

• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room.

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Visitors are allowed only in the reception and lobby area.

• Guests are requested to maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided; however, internet connectivity may occasionally vary depending on the local service provider.

• Housekeeping is available for guests staying more than one night between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

• The hotel is equipped with CCTV surveillance in common areas for the safety and security of guests.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave the premises in the event of misconduct, violation of hotel policies, or any activity that may disturb other guests.
