This Privacy Policy describes how HotelPro Manager   collects, uses, and shares information through our mobile application, HotelPro Manager.

  • Admin and Staff Data: When you register as an admin or staff member, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and username. Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.

  • Guest and Booking Data: The app processes guest information required for bookings, including guest names, contact details, and stay information.

• Information Collected Automatically:

  • Device Information: We collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token to send push notifications. This token is a unique identifier for your app installation on your device and does not personally identify you.

  • Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, such as which features you use.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality (e.g., managing bookings, staff, and housekeeping).

• To authenticate users and manage access permissions.

• To send important push notifications, such as room inspection requests and status updates.

• To manage staff attendance and payroll.

• To improve the App and user experience.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With Third-Party Services: We use Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) service to deliver push notifications. This involves sharing your FCM registration token with Google.

• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information. We use a variety of security measures, including:

• Encryption: All communication between the App and our server is secured using HTTPS.

• Password Hashing: User passwords are securely hashed before being stored in our database.

• On-Device Storage: Sensitive information like login credentials is stored on your device using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences for enhanced security.

• Biometric Authentication: If you enable biometric login, the App interacts with the secure Android Biometric system. We never receive or store your actual fingerprint data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
