We're delighted to offer delicious meals at our hotel. Breakfast is from 8-11 am, lunch from 12-4 pm, and dinner from 7-10:30 pm (last order at 10:30 pm). For the comfort and safety of our guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking in your room or any other indoor areas, as well as in outdoor public spaces. If you need to smoke, please use the designated smoking area outside the hotel premises.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our house rules or disturbs other guests. We kindly ask that all our guests respect our hotel policies and the comfort of other guests. If any guest behaves inappropriately or causes any disturbance, we may ask them to leave the premises without a refund.
Children under the age of 13 can stay free in our suite room only. If you are travelling with children, we recommend booking one of our spacious suites that can comfortably accommodate a family. Please note that our standard rooms are designed for two adults only, and any additional guests, including children, will incur extra charges. If you have any questions or concerns about our children's policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Occasionally, our hotel may experience power outages due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. During these times, the AC and geyser systems may not work. However, we have backup power to provide lighting, fans, and charging facilities, minimising any discomfort for our guests.
