As a Guest Services and Dining Attendant, you’ll have a unique role that combines front-of-house service with dining support. In addition to greeting and assisting guests at check-in and check-out, you will also handle food orders and provide dining service to guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience. Responsibilities:
Welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and manage check-outs
Take guest food orders and serve meals
Assist with room service requests as needed
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly
Ensure cleanliness and organization in reception
Requirements:

Basic food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Hotel Comfort, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining our hotel’s warm, inviting atmosphere by ensuring that rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and comfortable. You will provide attentive service and go above and beyond to make guests feel at home. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in creating a welcoming, pristine environment for each guest.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain rooms, including changing linens and dusting
Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments
Handle laundry and ensure prompt turnover of rooms for new guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, such as the lobby
Report any maintenance issues or guest requests to the front desk
Ensure adherence to hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
Attention to detail and a commitment to creating a clean, welcoming environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
