Alfaham is an Arabic grilled chicken. This chicken recipe is very popular in the Middle East as it is marinated with Arabian spice and barbecued in a charcoal grill or in the oven. Once the chicken is done, brush melted butter over it. Serve hot with salad, fries and spicy garlic sauce.
