Today we will leave the bike parked at the hotel and take the opportunity to immerse ourselves by foot through the enchanting streets and picturesque squares of the city of Verona. It was la dolce vita all the way to enjoy a glass of prosecco on the terrace before entering the restaurant where chef Federico Cardi had prepared a delicious dinner for us. Lasagna with ricotta and zucchini, pheasant with truffle on mashed potatoes with a leek sformatino, and to finish the meal a dessert of dark and white chocolate mousse with cherry sauce that was to die for! We concluded the evening in good Tuscan tradition with a glass of limoncello on the terrace.
