Q: How do I add a custom task to my schedule? A: To add a custom task, navigate to the "Schedule" tab and tap the plus (+) icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Fill in the task name, select a frequency (Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly), and tap "Save". Your new task will appear in the corresponding list.
Q: How do I delete a custom task? A: On the "Schedule" tab, find the custom task you wish to remove and simply swipe left on it. A "Delete" button will appear. Tap it to permanently remove the task. Please note that you cannot delete the default maintenance tasks.
Q: Why is a task highlighted in red? A: A task is highlighted in red to indicate that it is "overdue". This happens when a task has not been marked as complete within its designated frequency (e.g., a weekly task that wasn't completed over 7 days ago). The app automatically resets the checkmark when a task becomes due again, reminding you it needs attention.
Q: How do I update my supply levels? A: Go to the "Supplies" tab. Next to each item, you will see a level indicator (e.g., "Full", "Low"). Tap on this indicator to open a menu, then select the new level for that item. The app will save your selection automatically.
Q: How do I view my water test history? A: Navigate to the "Dashboard" tab and tap the settings icon (the gear in the top-right corner). On the Settings screen, you will find an option to "View Water Test History".
