General Location
A general description of your location (for example, “Near Main Shul”). This information may be visible to eligible users browsing the app.
Private Address
Your exact address, apartment details, ZIP code, and optional arrival instructions. This information is not visible in the public feed and is shared only with guests whose requests you approve or confirm.
Meal Details
Information about the meal such as:
Number of available seats
Dietary notes
Guest preferences
When you use the App, certain technical information may be collected automatically, including:
Device model
Operating system
Device identifiers needed for push notifications
This information helps us ensure the App functions properly on your device.
We use a monitoring service called Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics. This helps us identify technical problems and improve the stability and performance of the App.
The current version of the App does not access or upload your device contacts.
If contact-based features are introduced in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request your permission before accessing any contact data.
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Hosted platform.

Display your profile to other users
Enable hosts and guests to connect for meals
The App may allow users to send or accept connection requests with other users.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications related to activity in the App, including meal requests, confirmations, and updates.
Push notifications are sent only after you grant permission through your device settings, and you can disable notifications at any time.
We use phone number verification and internal monitoring to help detect suspicious activity and maintain a safe environment for users.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when interacting with others, whether online or in person.
By using the App, you acknowledge that any meetings or interactions with other users occur voluntarily and at your own discretion.
If you experience inappropriate behavior, you are encouraged to report it through the App so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Hosted is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
Our policies and moderation practices are designed to prevent, detect, and respond to any form of child exploitation or abuse.
Hosted is intended for adults only.
All users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the platform.
We do not knowingly allow minors to register or participate in the service.
Hosted strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including but not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Sexual exploitation or grooming of minors
Any attempt to share, request, distribute, or promote illegal content involving minors
Accounts engaging in such activity will be immediately removed and permanently banned from the platform.
All users have the ability to report suspicious behavior or safety concerns directly within the app.
Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. When violations are confirmed, we take appropriate action, which may include:
Removing content
Suspending or permanently banning accounts
Escalating the issue to the appropriate authorities
Hosted complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and online exploitation.
Where required, we report confirmed cases of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with relevant law enforcement agencies.
Any account found to be involved in child exploitation, abuse, or distribution of illegal content will be permanently banned from the platform without warning.
