Introduction to Scrum
There are normally three cases for class assignments: a DIY project, a wedding planning project, and an office project.
By choosing a case from two available alternatives, the students (in forms of groups) are expected to use tools (that they have received training for during the course) to apply their project management skills and answer questions. Information sources will be only descriptions for the cases. Currently I offer two cases for the exam; one is about a governmental project and the other one is a social project.
