My name is Hossein Cheaito. I am a development economist and PhD student in economic sociology. My research agenda is driven by the strong urgency to push boundaries in the economics discipline in Lebanon, the MENA region, and globally, to best serve those who reside in the margins. My research focuses on regional  inequalities, the economics and governance of aid,  LGBTQ+/feminist economics, and development economics more broadly.
