What is Hortonville?
Hortonville, Indiana is home to one of K9EOC's amateur radio repeater sites made possible by Hamilton County Emergency Management. The tower is located between Westfield and Sheridan just east of the Monon Trail.
Amateur radio operators can tune in on the following frequencies:
146.865 MHz with a 77Hz CTCSS tone
443.950 MHz with a 77Hz CTCSS tone

Repeater Information:
The repeater antennas are roughly160 feet above the ground. Ground height is 930 feet
The repeaters are Yaesu DR-2X with auto-detect C4FM digital or analog
The 146.865 has Fusion capability, but only locally
The 443.950 repeater is equipped with Yaesu Fusion digital and WIRES-X
With WIRES-X, a Fusion-compatible Yaesu radio can connect to other WIRES-X repeaters around the world by connecting to “rooms” (repeaters connected together where several users worldwide can converse)
This repeater has its own room called “Indiana-HamCo” but can connect to other rooms that have more participants
When you are finished with a WIRES-X session, please key up and press the pound key to terminate the session
Remember, your connection to another repeater is audible to all users, and there is only one connection permitted at a time
