How to register?
To formalize the participation you must fill the mandatory fields in the registration form. Payment could be made by bank transfer or credit card through the registration platform. If bank transfer is chosen, you must state clearly the name and the reference of the invoice received by email.
Registration fee
The early registration fee for all requests received before May 15th, 2026 is 355€. The registration fee for early-career attendants with economic support needs will be 75€ (limited to 15 applicants. The deadline for scholarship applications is 15 April). Registrations made on or after May 15th will incur a €50 surcharge.
The registration fee includes all coffee breaks, lunches and cocktail listed in the program. The conference dinner and cultural program activities are not included. If you wish to participate in these organized activities, you must select them on the registration form and pay them separately.

Social Activities
The private night visit to Alhambra Nasrid Palaces (organised as part of the conference on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th) has a cost of 40 €. If you want to join it, you will be required to provide your passport number or Spanish ID card (which is mandatory to book Alhambra tickets as they are personal and non-transferable) in the registration form. There are a limited number of tickets available that will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you want to visit Alhambra on your own another time, we encourage you to book your tickets several months in advance from the official website (https://tickets.alhambra-patronato.es/).
A private guided tour of Granada’s historic centre and the picturesque Albaycín is also scheduled for Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th. The tour costs €20.
Finally, a visit to the UNESCO Global Geopark and a stargazing session at Gorafe are scheduled for Friday 10 July, limited to 55 people. The visit costs €60 all-inclusive (transport, guides, food, etc.) and will follow the programme below:
16:30 Departure from Granada
19:00 Visit to the Gor or Gorafe Interpretation Centre
20:00 Dinner at the Complejo Astronomico Los Coloraos
22:00 "Sensoria" (multi-sense astronomy experience)
22:30 Stargazing with large aperture amateur telescopes
23:30 Return to Granada

VISA requirements
Check the information on the Spanish Embassy. Indicate on the form if you require a letter of invitation to process your visa.
Cancellation and modification policy
In case of cancellations or changes in the name of the attendees the following deadlines are applicable:
90% of the fee will be returned, if participation is cancelled up to one month before the event
50% of the fee will be returned, if participation is cancelled up to 15 days before the event
0% otherwise
