Reproducing, molding, scanning, selling files or making copies of any of my molds in any other way is forbidden.
For the scans that I purchased I have the license to edit and sell my copies. All other sculptures are my original work.
Customizing is allowed, but not making a mold of a custom.
Payments are accepted via PayPal only. When ordering I will create an invoice with your email. Orders are started only after money is received.
If you don't have Paypal account you can still pay with your card to Paypal.
Time Payments are also paid by creating an invoice.
Time payments are available for up to 3 months
If a buyer never pays off their time payments the previous payments will not be refunded.
All items are located in the EU and will be shipped from EU. Price depends on your location.
All packages are shipped using Omniva company and always has a tracking number.
Order will be shipped within a week after receiving a payment, but if order is large may take longer, as I'm one person with one printer.
I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages as it is out of my control how companies handle their packages.
If package gets returned to me I will ship it back to you, but you will have to pay for shipping again.
All packages will come in hard cardboard boxes and horses wrapped in protection.
I do not offer refunds or returns.
I only offer partial refund or replacement if a horse gets damaged because of my fault only (poorly packaging for ex.) or if horse arrives bad quality.
Bad quality of a print is:
missing parts
layer shifting lines or squished layers, "wonky" models that I didn't noticed.
uncured resin (my models always fully cured from inside and outside)
Pinholes from the supports and top layer "steps" are not a defect, but part of the production. Every model has them, but on different locations and is easily prepped. Every 3D print do need prep work unless ordered ready to paint/prepped.
Models that are printed in half will have mark around belly. The seam is prepped and sanded.
By buying unprepped copy means you will have to fill in those flaws yourself. That's recommended for experienced artists.
