Refunds Returns and Prepping
I do not offer refunds or returns.
I only offer partial refund or replacement if a horse gets damaged because of my fault only (poorly packaging for ex.) or if horse arrives bad quality.
Bad quality of a print is:
Pinholes from the supports and top layer "steps" are not a defect, but part of the production. Every 3D print as well as regular resins do need prep work. Some more or less, depending on each model and orientation while printing. Every model has them but on different locations.
Models that are printed in half will have mark around belly. The seam is prepped and sanded. It's smooth and should dissapear after primer layer. Any leftover marks that I didn't see can appear after priming as models arrive unprepped.
My goal is to provide highest detail and preserve most important, most visible details. And make parts that needs to be prepped easy to reach. Which means the back will have the most work and top layer "steps" may be needed to be sanded on the bottom parts, chest. That is very easy work and do not ruin details if done correctly.
By buying unprepped copy means you will have to fill in those flaws yourself.
