We do sell whole, halves, and quarters of our Angus beef on a very limited basis. We are still growing our herd, so we do not have an excess of animals to process each year, beyond what we need to stock our store with all cuts. Bulk orders are limited to 2-3 per year and are first come, first serve. Buying beef in bulk isn't for everyone, so please read about the process below to better understand pricing and quantity of beef. Fortunately, we will always be stocking our store with favorite steaks, roasts, etc. so you can always stop in for what you need!
For bulk beef orders, the process is as follows:
We cover processing costs, but charge $5.00/lb hanging weight (carcass). Usually this ends up around 180lbs per quarter animal so the cost is around $875 per quarter. You pick the cuts you'd like from the animal. In the end you receive around 100-115lbs. of meat, including all premium cuts, steaks, roasts, ground beef, etc. and are essentially paying around $8/lb. Our meat is frozen immediately in vacuum-sealed packaging and will last up to 2 years. For deposits, we require a refundable $250 per quarter animal.
