A Word From The Founder:
When I started Horizon Property Management, I was looking for a solution to the complex property management system - a solution that would make it simple for homeowners to live in the houses they've dreamed about and make it straightforward for them to make a living off of their investment properties. And I wanted to find a way to do that while putting the most control back into the hands of the homeowner.
The world of real estate is crazy nowadays, after all. With the homeowners' insurance crisis, ever-fluctuating prices & interest rates, and just general unrest about what lies ahead, everyone just needed a place that would give them full transparency and put the freedom to choose the best option back in their hands. That's why I created Horizon Property Management.
One thing that I knew was paramount to my business model was that "what was possible is and always will be greater than what is impossible." That's how I've always lived my life and why we're named Horizon. I like to point people to the possibilities beyond what they've been conditioned to see. I want to be like a light in a dark room - bringing light and inspiration to people. If you're like me and you're ready to charge into new horizons, let's see what's possible.

Excellence In All We Do
This value stems from the belief that we are stewards of all our possessions and we work for God. So we work on every project and initiative as if God was our boss. This means we don't do anything half-heartedly, and we don't tolerate laziness. This means we strive to be timely, efficient, and smart. We want people to see the work we do and be blown away by the tenacity with which we accomplish our task.
Outstanding Customer Service
We operate off of the principle, "If you help enough people, you'll never have to worry about money." That's why we aim to have the highest level of customer service possible. We believe that the Golden Rule is the key to customer service: "Treat others the way we want to be treated." When we operate this way, we go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is taken care of.
Integrity Is Not An Option
Integrity is paramount to how we operate. To lack integrity is like a ship without an anchor - all the ideals sound good, but without integrity, one will drift to the most convenient thing that suits them best. With integrity, it becomes impossible to rip you off or mistreat you because our commitment is to you and not just what we can get out of you.
20/20 Vision
Our entire business model is based on helping people see the possibilities more clearly. Likewise, we have to continually work to keep our vision sharp. Creativity and visionary service are not things that fall into your lap. It is a continual choice that needs to be made. That's why we have a "no small minds allowed" policy. We always operate based on the saying, "Yesterday's ceiling is tomorrow's basement."
Transparency = Trust
We are pretty tired of companies using smoke and mirrors in order to make more money off of you. We believe that trust is a key ingredient to good relationships with our clients. That's why we strive for maximum transparency in all our business - We want you to have the most information possible so that you can make the best decision for you.
We're All In This Together
We don't just want your money. We're out to create a better community and make an impact in people's lives - just like you. No matter your story, we believe that we all have a duty to our fellow man to treat them fairly and with respect. We don't tolerate hate and disrespect in our company, so you can rest assured that you aren't just another number but a friend. And we always take care of our friends.
We want to write a success story about our business one day. But we are certain that the only way to do that is to strive to make each of our clients their own success stories. whether we're mowing your lawn or coaching you through your own real estate empire, we believe that the service we are offering to you could be the catalyst to your success story. And if we accomplish that enough times, our business success story will all but write itself.
At Horizon, we always strive to reveal what is possible. With integrity to our values and an insatiable desire to achieve our vision, we really do believe that we can do anything. But this accomplishment is not enough. If we accomplish every goal but never help or inspire people along the way, what have we really done? That's why our mission is bigger than our business goals. Our mission, simply put, is "To inspire people with courageous creativity and unreasonable generosity so that they might do the same." We want to model the behavior in our business that we would like to see people enact in our world.
