Short Warning of Munafiqun & Corruptors in B'desh

The Father of the Nation begged for things like donations from foreign lands but was surprised when he saw an insignificant number of munafiqun (hypocrites), corrupters, smugglers, and thieves steal the things that he struggled for for the helpless of the nation. Being sad and pointing to the looters, he declared that corruption sits in the country cohesively and urged people to stop practicing bribery. With extreme dissatisfaction, he said that the hypocrites kill people by storing necessary things and raising their price. And they should definitely be rooted out.

Result of Honesty on Spot

BRAC Bank PLC announced the Eid al-Adha 2024. I was coming home. On my way to home, I began to purchase some cooking spices from a street vendor. Ginger 250 gram at TK. 80, Turmeric 50 gram at TK. 20, and Jira (cumin seed) at TK. 60. The total cost TK. 160.

I requested the elderly street shopkeeper to take TK. 5 less from the gross amount. He denied. I asked him of the total price. "TK. 140" he demanded! I was confused as my brain calculated TK. 160. I asked the elderly man again, "Chacha (Uncle), you may have calculated wrong. He re-calculated the total price, and found me right. Being pleased of my honesty, he waived me TK. 10. I was so glad.

What would you do ?

Once a bad practice is allowed, it turns into a bad culture, and to stop such cultures is quite daunting.

The Shuttle train is for the varsity students - University of Chittagong. In the train, you see two girls sitting together on a bench opposite you, like in the picture, and one of them putting her legs straight upon your seat. You think, as a senior, it is a bad practice, and once a bad practice is allowed, it turns into a culture, and it is quite daunting to stop such cultures. What would you do then?

In my case, I explained to her why it was bad. Of course, I introduced myself first. I told the girls, “Look, when you're doing that in front of a senior, it's bad because you're unintentionally creating an imitating culture or parrot culture. I mean, others will follow you like you're doing now. Finally said, you can keep your legs straight on my seat if you wish. After listening to my words, the girl moved her legs down.

Points to notify: The world has been already diving into unsolved chaos which are unstoppable. As of the above circumstance, we should not allow a practice that brings newly negativity upon culture and society.
