Privacy Policy — LTH Games

This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by LTH Games ("we", "us")
that link to this page (each an "App"), including our games and utility apps.
Different Apps offer different features; each section below states when it
applies. By installing or using an App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we do NOT collect ourselves (all Apps)
The Apps have no account or login, and we do not directly collect your name,
email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or precise GPS location. Your
in-app data — such as game progress and high scores, or records you enter —
is stored only on your own device (local storage) and is never sent to us.
2. Advertising
Our Apps are free and may show ads. Depending on the App:
- Games show ads (including rewarded and interstitial ads) through the
Unity LevelPlay / ironSource mediation SDK.
- Some apps show a banner ad through Google AdMob.
To serve and measure ads, these third-party partners may automatically
collect and process your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising
ID / GAID), device and technical information (model, OS version, language,
and coarse IP-derived location such as country/region), and ad interaction
data. This is used to display relevant ads, measure performance, and prevent
fraud. We do not control how these partners process data. See their policies:

You can limit ad personalisation at any time: Settings > Google > Ads >
Reset / Delete advertising ID (or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation").
3. Notification access (some Apps, optional)
Some Apps (e.g. finance/ledger apps) can optionally use Notification Access to
automatically record transactions such as card payments. This permission is
entirely optional; you must enable it yourself in system settings, and every
other feature works without it. When enabled, the App reads the text of
payment/finance related notifications to extract details such as amount,
merchant, and time. Notifications unrelated to this purpose are not used. The
notification content is never transmitted off your device and is used only for
in-app auto-entry. Extracted items are kept as "unconfirmed" until you review
them. You can revoke this permission at any time in system settings or in the
App.
4. Camera (some Apps, optional)
Some Apps can optionally use the camera to recognise (OCR) text such as amounts
from receipts. Camera images are processed on-device only and are not saved as
photos or transmitted. You can use the App without granting this permission.
5. Backup and restore (some Apps)
Some Apps let you export your data to a file (backup) and import it (restore).
Backup files are saved only to the location you choose and are managed by you;
we do not access them.
6. Children's privacy
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children
under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If
you believe a child has provided information through an advertising SDK, please
contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Third parties
We do not provide your in-app data to any third party. The only third-party
data processing is by the advertising partners described in Section 2.
8. Data retention & deletion
We do not hold any personal data on our own servers. Data stored on your device
is removed when you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. For data held by
advertising partners, use their opt-out controls above or contact us.
9. Security
Data transmitted by advertising SDKs is sent over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
connections.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page
with a new "Last updated" date.
