Assistants
To distribute responsibilities, assistant officers will take on whatever duties their officer passes on to them if the officer deems the job too demanding.
To protect ranks, officers will have the majority or the same amount of responsibilities as their assistant officer(s), never less.
Jobs will be primarily introduced to the main officer but can be passed down to the assistant officer if desired. Once a job is introduced, the officer and assistant officer(s) can discuss amongst themselves how they’ll distribute the work.
If an officer is ever absent, the assistant officer will assume the officer’s responsibilities.
