NC VESL stands for North Carolina Varsity Esports and Stem League. "Esports is now a high school varsity sport in the state of North Carolina! Compete for school pride – and state championships – in video games like Rocket League, Valorant, Super Smash Bros, Madden, and many more.

There are two seasons per year (Fall and Spring). Each season has a unique game titles and STEM challenges. You can choose what games you want to play in. Dates of games and practices are flexible based on each team's schedules. For more info or to join click on the contact page.

To join you'll need to join the Hopewell team and NC VESL itself.  If you're interested you can attend a meeting or reach out using the info on the contact page. In person meetings happen once a week on Mondays after school in the HUB.
