HopeShelf වෙත සාදරයෙන් පිළිගනිමු! අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියට පිවිසීමෙන් සහ භාවිතා කිරීමෙන්, පහත සඳහන් නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි වලට අනුකූල වීමට සහ ඒවාට බැඳී සිටීමට ඔබ එකඟ වේ. ඔබ මෙම නියමවල යම් කොටසක් සමඟ එකඟ නොවන්නේ නම්, කරුණාකර අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා නොකරන්න.

#### 2. වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීම

- ඔබ මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය නීත්‍යානුකූල අරමුණු සඳහා පමණක් භාවිතා කිරීමට එකඟ වන අතර, වෙනත් අයෙකුගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ භාවිතයේ අයිතිවාසිකම් උල්ලංඝනය නොවන, සීමා කිරීම හෝ බාධාවක් නොවන ආකාරයෙන් භාවිතා කිරීමට ඔබ එකඟ වේ.

- ඔබ HopeShelf හි පළ කරන හෝ බෙදා ගන්නා සියලුම අන්තර්ගතයන් සඳහා ඔබ වගකිව යුතු අතර නීති විරෝධී, හානිකර හෝ අහිතකර කිසිදු අන්තර්ගතයක් පළ නොකිරීමට හෝ බෙදා නොගැනීමට එකඟ වේ.

- HopeShelf විසින් පොත් සහ වෙනත් අයිතම විකිණීමට ඇත, එයින් ලැබෙන ආදායම පුණ්‍ය කටයුතු සඳහා පරිත්‍යාග කරයි.

- සියලුම මිලදී ගැනීම් ඇණවුමේ මිල ලබා ගැනීමට සහ තහවුරු කිරීමට යටත් වේ.

- අපගේ අභිමතය පරිදි ඕනෑම නියෝගයක් ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීමට අපට අයිතියක් ඇත.

#### 4. ගෙවීම සහ මිලකරණය

- මිල ගණන් දැනුම්දීමකින් තොරව වෙනස් විය හැක.

- මිලදී ගැනීමේදී සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ගෙවීම් කළ යුතුය. වෙබ් අඩවියේ දක්වා ඇති පරිදි අපි විවිධ ගෙවීම් ක්‍රම පිළිගනිමු.

#### 5. නැව්ගත කිරීම සහ බෙදා හැරීම

- නැව්ගත කිරීමේ පිරිවැය ගණනය කර පිටවීමේදී ඔබේ ඇණවුමට එකතු කරනු ලැබේ.

- බෙදාහැරීමේ වේලාවන් ඇස්තමේන්තු කර ඇති අතර ඔබගේ ස්ථානය අනුව වෙනස් විය හැක.

- තුන්වන පාර්ශ්ව බෙදාහැරීමේ සේවා නිසා ඇතිවන ප්‍රමාදයන් සඳහා අපි වගකිව යුතු නොවේ.

#### 6. ප්‍රතිලාභ සහ ආපසු ගෙවීම්

- අපගේ ව්‍යාපාරයේ පුණ්‍යමය ස්වභාවය හේතුවෙන්, සියලුම විකුණුම් අවසන් වන අතර, භාණ්ඩය දෝෂ සහිත හෝ ලැබීමෙන් පසු හානි වී ඇත්නම් මිස, අපි ප්‍රතිලාභ හෝ ආපසු ගෙවීම් භාර නොගනිමු.

- ඔබට දෝෂ සහිත හෝ හානියට පත් අයිතමයක් ලැබෙන්නේ නම්, ප්‍රතිස්ථාපන හෝ ආපසු ගෙවීමක් සංවිධානය කිරීමට කරුණාකර භාරදීමෙන් දින 14 ක් ඇතුළත අප හා සම්බන්ධ වන්න.

#### 7. රහස්‍යතා ප්‍රතිපත්තිය

- ඔබගේ පෞද්ගලිකත්වය අපට වැදගත් වේ. අපි ඔබගේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු රැස් කරන, භාවිතා කරන සහ ආරක්ෂා කරන ආකාරය තේරුම් ගැනීමට කරුණාකර අපගේ රහස්‍යතා ප්‍රතිපත්තිය සමාලෝචනය කරන්න.

#### 8. බුද්ධිමය දේපල

- HopeShelf හි පෙළ, රූප, ලාංඡන සහ සැලසුම් ඇතුළුව සියලුම අන්තර්ගතයන් අපට හිමි හෝ බලපත්‍ර ලබා ඇති අතර ප්‍රකාශන හිමිකම් සහ වෙනත් බුද්ධිමය දේපල නීති මගින් ආරක්ෂා කර ඇත.

- අපගේ ප්‍රකාශිත අවසරයකින් තොරව ඔබට කිසිදු අන්තර්ගතයක් ප්‍රතිනිෂ්පාදනය කිරීම, බෙදා හැරීම හෝ භාවිතා කිරීම නොකළ හැකිය.

#### 9. වගකීම් සීමා කිරීම

- මෙම වෙබ් අඩවිය භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් හෝ අපගේ නිෂ්පාදන මිලදී ගැනීමේදී සිදුවන හානි සඳහා HopeShelf වගකිව යුතු නොවේ.

- වෙබ් අඩවිය දෝෂ, වෛරස් හෝ බාධා කිරීම් වලින් නිදහස් වනු ඇතැයි අපි සහතික නොකරමු.

#### 10. නියම සහ කොන්දේසි වලට වෙනස්කම්

- ඕනෑම අවස්ථාවක මෙම නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි වෙනස් කිරීමට අපට අයිතිය ඇත. ඕනෑම වෙනස්කමක් වෙබ් අඩවියේ පළ කළ වහාම ක්‍රියාත්මක වේ.

- වෙනස්කම් පළ කිරීමෙන් පසු වෙබ් අඩවිය අඛණ්ඩව භාවිතා කිරීම සංශෝධිත නියමයන් ඔබේ පිළිගැනීමයි.

#### 11. පාලන නීතිය

- මෙම නියමයන් සහ කොන්දේසි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නීති මගින් පාලනය වන අතර ඒවා අර්ථ නිරූපණය කෙරේ. ඕනෑම ආරවුලක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ අධිකරණවල තනි අධිකරණ බලයට යටත් වේ.
