03. Click on the "Submit Payment Slip" button below. You will be prompted to upload a digital copy of your payment slip. Accepted file formats include JPG, PNG, and PDF. Ensure the payment slip is clear and all details are visible. Fill in Your Details: Enter your transaction reference number (if applicable). Provide any additional information required, such as your name, email, and phone number, to help us match the payment to your account.

04. Once all information is filled out and the payment slip is uploaded, click the "Submit" button. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your payment slip has been successfully submitted.

03. පහත ඇති "Submit Payment Slip" බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න. ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් පත්‍රිකාවේ ඩිජිටල් පිටපතක් උඩුගත කිරීමට ඔබෙන් විමසනු ඇත. පිළිගත් ගොනු ආකෘති JPG, PNG, සහ PDF ඇතුළත් වේ. ගෙවීම් පත්‍රිකාව පැහැදිලි බවත් සියලු විස්තර පෙනෙන බවත් සහතික කර ගන්න. ඔබේ විස්තර පුරවන්න: ඔබේ ගනුදෙනු යොමු අංකය ඇතුළත් කරන්න (අදාළ නම්). ඔබගේ ගිණුමට ගෙවීමට ගැළපීමට අපට උදවු කිරීමට ඔබගේ නම, ඊමේල් සහ දුරකථන අංකය වැනි අවශ්‍ය ඕනෑම අමතර තොරතුරු සපයන්න.

04. සියලුම තොරතුරු පුරවා ගෙවීම් පත්‍රිකාව උඩුගත කළ පසු, "ඉදිරිපත් කරන්න" බොත්තම ක්ලික් කරන්න. ඔබගේ ගෙවීම් පත්‍රිකාව සාර්ථකව ඉදිරිපත් කර ඇති බවට තහවුරු කිරීමේ පණිවිඩයක් ඔබට ලැබෙනු ඇත.
