Holy Orthodox Primary Education, or HOPE, ministers to children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Junior Orthodox Youth, or JOY, ministers to children in 3rd through 6th grade. Most of our events are combined.
HOPE and JOY are ministries of the Church. They are not an organization or club, but simply a gathering of the faithful of the Church who share the same grades, ages and common interests. They are spiritual ministries, based on the theological tenets of the Orthodox Christian Faith. (HOPE/JOY ministry guidelines, handbook)
